Getting to speak about her present happy days in Kollywood, Vimala Raman says, “I am very delighted with the success of Raman Thediya Seedhai. The film has got me more opportunities with many directors approaching me. However, it wouldn’t be nice if I keep performing serious roles and preferably comedy oriented roles is something good to do. My recent Malayalam movie ‘Romeo’ depicts me in similar kind of role and I fetched good appreciations for it. Hope, I will have similar kind of role to play in one of the films in my career”.

Kollywood actresses and their favorite liquors

Many of the Kollywood stars don’t like uttering that they have great likeliness for sipping alcohols. But, still there are few who don’t worry about gossips and keep boozing up all night long in public bars and pubs. Yup! Pull in Trisha and Nayanthara; they are the best drinkers in town. Once Vikram himself had said that no one can overtake Trisha on gulping large number of pegs, not even him. Before few weeks at a night party, the entire gang of Vijay, Vikram, Trisha and Dharani were bashing up for a party, where Trisha was up to the extreme gulping up drinks. Finally, she started howling and disturbing the entire spot and it was her driver and Vikram who pulled her into the car and let her go.

Similarly Nayanthara spends late nights tasting the best liquors of Scotch. However, unlike Trisha, she doesn’t create any problems to her friends and people around the place.

Remember Lakshmi Rai once had invited to share a night with Dhoni after Chennai Super Kings won a cricket match. For the entire night, they enjoyed sipping lots of whisky and it was the actress who could keep getting on with more and more pegs.

Well, Lakshmi Rai has a great likeliness for the drink so much that she has named one of her dogs as Whisky.
