Followed by ‘Vedha’, Producer Vasu Bhaskar produces his next film ‘Marupadiyum Oru Kadhal’. With buzzes getting around the town that it’s a clichéd triangular love story, Vasu Bhaskar objects it strongly saying, ‘Anirudh does the protagonist characterization while Vaani Kishore and Joshna star him opposite in the female lead role… Many seems to be drawing their own conclusions on this film to be a triangular love story which is not so.

This is a love tale set at the backdrops of medical college students and Vadivelu’s comedy tracks will add a humor-blast treat to audiences. We’re planning to launch the audio in an innovative manner and that’s suspense now. Shooting for songs would be in exotic locations of foreign land and film will be released by August…”

Director Bala under the banner of B Studios had first produced the film ‘Maayavi’ starring Surya and Jyothika in lead roles. After his ‘Naan Kadavul’, he has now set to produce 3 films at the same time. One of the films will have ‘Maayavi’ fame Singam Puli wielding megaphone while other one being made by ‘Aacharya’ fame Ravi. The third project hasn’t been confirmed till the date.

Director Singam Puli says, ‘I had made ‘Maayavi’ based on the comedy-romance. Well, this one would be a complete action-packed thriller with leading stars on title cards…’

Director Bala on the pars is busy penning script for his next quickie that is supposed to be produced by Soundarya Rajnikanth under the banner name of Orcher Studios.

Finally, after much recognized PVR Cinemas into production of films, Satyam Cinemas has stepped on for the same action. Aye! Satyam Cinemas, the much celebrated multiplex and filmy hub for Chennaites will now start producing films. The first venture goes in collaboration with Real Images titled ‘Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru’ (T4). The film happens to be a romantic entertainer featuring Ajmal and a girl from Bangalore named Rupa Manjeri taking on lead roles with Mouli and Lakshmi Ramakrishnan performing prominent characters. Mani Sharma scores music for thefilm.

Nandini, once an associate of Director Priya and a Gold Medalist from Adyar Film Institute makes her debut directorial with this film. She says, “The film has lots of entertaining elements and it’s about two people with different ideas encounter each other and a journey of love-hate relationship blooms…”
