With strict conditions over titling films in Kollywood with Tamil words, things have turned to be more appealing. With some of the filmmakers grabbing the yesteryear titles, there are few filmmakers who come with interestingly innovative titles. Of course, ‘Pugaipadam’ falls under this category where you’ll notice the best touch of creative theme on the screens too.
Directed by Rajesh Lingam, once an associate of Director Selvaraghavan, the film centers around a happy theme on the backdrops of College… Recently, trailer launch of the film was held at Satyam Cinemas. Audio and Trailer of the film was released by Bhagyaraj and director Mahendran received it. After a very long sabbatical gap, Music Director Gangai Amaran is back on show scoring music for this film.
Finally, across the era of actors turning into playback singers, Prithviraj joins the list. Malayalam sensation Prithviraj is a busy guy with hectic schedules of various projects including his magnum opus of Mani Rathnam’s ‘Raavan’. Although, he was brimmed with certain doubts on his intonations, he accomplished with his deed for the song ‘Suryamugam Ini Oru Puthiyamugham’ that has a fantastic lyrics penned by Kaithapuram Damodaran Namboothiri. Recording for the song was done at Deepak’s studio herein Saligramam.
Venkat Prabhu’s trip Goa has been getting more and more attractive star-casts by every day. When Julian Fine, the Hollywood sensation turned the spotlights in tinsel town and then Sneha enacting the role with negative shade. Later, Pooja’s entry much more sensation to everyone and finally, it’s Poi Solla Porom fame Piyaa joining the list.
Venkat Prabhu’s directorial is produced as a joint venture of Soundarya Rajnikanth – Orcher Studios and Warner Bros. First schedule for the film has been completed and has Premji, Vaibhav, Aravind and Jai in lead roles. The film is about a comedy bounded tale of 4 guys who are looking out for foreign girls to get married and naturally landed on a serious situation.
