‘Jeyam’ Company remaking the recent Tollywood blockbuster ‘Kick’ has been hundred-times heard story, but here’s something more on the headlines. The Telugu version had Ravi Teja, Ileana in lead roles with Shaam as the parallel hero. Perhaps, with the film getting remade here by ‘Jeyam’ Raja and his brother Ravi on lead roles, it’s a big question whether Shaam would agree to do the supporting actor.
Although Shaam in an interview had mentioned that he never cares about multi-hero based subjects, this is something to think about. Both the actors are so competitive in the town and we aren’t sure about Shaam signing for the deal. Meanwhile, Raja is planning to rope in Ileana for the remake.
As per the trade reports, it has been revealed that by all means of 99%, the film ‘Kandasamy’ will get released by end of this month. Producer Kalaipuli S Dhanu has been postponing the film’s release as he’s keen on finding the right time and more number of theatres. Abirami Ramanathan has taken the City Rights for Rs. 4.5Crores, the same price at which he had floated ‘Sivaji – The Boss’.
Meanwhile Vikram had just mentioned that the film’s post production works on Graphic suites is still pending and that delays the release. We’ve got to wait and watch until the final and steady statements are made by Director Susi Ganeshan and Producer Dhanu. According to the sources, the film will be released in 900 Centres including which 21 Centres would be in Chennai alone.
Director-Producer and indeed a fantabulous actor!!! More than all has a sound knowledge about technical aspects. Within last 8 months of time, Sasi has spelled three consecutive blockbusters on his part. Precisely, when he proved himself to be a great director with ‘Subramaniapuram’, he fetched good credits for producing ‘Pasanga’ and now he’s sure to pick the seat amongst mainstream actors with ‘Nadodigal’.
His breathtaking performance wins him the most heartiness of appreciations amongst audiences and we could witness it amongst the gathered crowd at Udhayam Theatre when they lifted him up like a real hero… Not all the heroes in Kollywood often take the stands within short period of time and we’ve got to rejoice about it.
Director Hari is often ennobled as ‘Commercial Director’ and of course he has churned out the most happening films that made distributors and producers much convincing. But on the pars, he’s subjected to mirthful talks for having included more number of sickles for violence in his films. Speaking about this Hari adds, ‘Indeed, the villagers’ emotional outbursts are always involved with sickles in their hands. You cannot avoid it. Also most of the people make fun of me that I am a commercial director.
Perhaps, I need to be happy about it and my concerns all are about producers’ profit. On the contrary, ‘Singam’ doesn’t deal with any of the motifs in my previous films. It’s a cop based story set at the backdrops of both City and Village and will be completely a different film in my directorial career….’
