The Lighthouse is a unique kind of studio that mainly deals with the lighting effects in movies. The members of the studio comprise of actor Arya, cameraman Nirav Shah, Shanmugam, Ravi Shankar and Bhavesh Shah.On 26th July 2009 at Prasad Studios, the studio members introduced ‘LightningStrikesTM’ a first-of-its-kind lightning effects technology that offers precise control of dramatically bright light for sets, locations and concert stages. This equipment has been brought down to India for the first time. David Pringle, the man behind the LightningStrikes, was present to show the audience how the equipment works.Present on the occasion were Balumahendra, Balaji Shakthivel, Vishnuvardan, Arya, Shaam, Prabhu Deva and several technicians.
