The entire AVM Studios spotted like a big festive occasion as Chief Minister Karunanidhi’s next film ‘Neeyindri Naanillai’ was launched yesterday over there at the premises. Patently, almost every great personality from film and politics were present there. The film has Udhay Kiran and Meera Jasmine in lead roles with Vivek doing a prominent characterization. Speaking on the occasion Director-Actor Bhagyaraj added that ‘Neeyindri Naanillai’ seems to be closely associated with Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, his party members and entire people of Tamil Nadu. On his turn, Surya said “Kalainyar Ayya appreciated my acting skills in my debut Nerukku Naer that got me to a bigger stage. I am sure no one in this World works as he does for more than 16 hours a day…”

Actor Vivek who does a prominent role in this film said, ‘Producers and director Ilavenil of this film requested me to do a role. When enquired about my characterization, they weren’t sure adding merely CM knows about it. When again asked about who’s the stunt master, they accidentally said ‘CM’… Of course, it’s true, we the film actors perform stunts with the aid of ropes and dupes. But Kalainyar Ayya does every action with reality on political grounds for the well being of peoples.’
